I’ve been using this app and software for 8 or so years, and over the past year it has significantly impacted my business in a negative way. It always freezes, has trouble logging in and taking payments, and I’ve spent an hour today trying to write a small invoice to a customer in front of them and came off unprofessional as I can’t even send them a bill because the “add services/product” button is disabled and bugged.
