I’ve been fond of BitLife since the first time I played it. It’s fun, addictive, and something I enjoyed during my free time. However, my experience changed when I switched to a new phone. Despite using the same Apple ID, none of my previous purchases could be restored. I tried multiple times, but everything still showed as if I never bought anything. It’s disappointing because I really liked the game, but losing all my purchases makes it hard to enjoy the way I used to. I hope this issue gets fixed so players don’t lose what they paid for when changing devices.
