We had problems with one accomodation in Kyrgyzstan (they asked for 5x more money than we booked it) and wanted to contact customer service, but couldn’t! It was hard even to find where to call them! We wrote messages, no answer, we tried to call the phone numbers, and we couldn’t! We tried to call English, Hungarian and Romanian customer services with no result. Tried on different phones, still didn’t work. All of us had roaming. We had to pay more unrightously and couldn’t even complain about it! I can’t even write a review for some reason for that accomodation. It is a shame that a company
