I normally go to Old Fourth Ward with Sarina on Friday mornings but mixed it up since she was out of town today. We went to the Hip Hop Class with Mollie and it was soooooo good. The instruction, the music, the vibe of the yogi’s was just what I needed to end my week. Kudos Yonder for two great instructors- Sarina and Mollie :)
