My girlfriend and I got the lamps since we’re long distance, but were at my place when they arrived. Setting up an account was the first difficulty. We both had to use multiple email accounts to complete that process and now receive daily emails to the email that wasn’t good enough for the app. Then, my girlfriend went home, taking her lamp with her, and now cannot get her lamp to connect.
