I enjoy using this app . It allows me to track my meals so I have a good idea where I need to make adjustments in my food intake. Really like the suggestion for meals and recipes. Second, I am happy with the reminder to log meal or letting you know that you might have missed logging your food. However I have noticed that there some foods that are not in the data base. Overall, I am pleased with app and I would recommend to a colleague.
