Not sure where the issue is with all of the bad reviews, but for now I see no problem. Annual fee is disclosed loudly and prominently prior to application, card arrived within the 7-10 day window (and any issues experienced in that area are likely caused by the postal service) log in is simple, Face ID works fine. Auto-pay was streamlined and compatible with all account/routing numbers as well as all Major Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex). A carbon copy of the website, actually (the last App Store update shows as 8 months ago, which is prior to many of the visible poor reviews). Will up
