Venmo is worthless. Steer clear of this inept, incompetent, useless vendor. Venmo keeps declining payments to my contractor. I have verified with my bank three times that there are no issues with my bank or my card. I have also spoken with Venmo’s customer service a handful of times. Their response? That a safety alert was triggered on my account, preventing me from making payments, and they cannot help me.
