The bus toilet was not functional. They did not bother to stop for passengers to go to toilet except at destination. No meals despite posting two meals The tour guide was rude from the start He literally pulled some passengers from the ice cream shop claiming that the school will close. The bus got stuck in a narrow allay for 2 hours. We were not allowed to leave. We arrived at the Shakespeare school 2 hours late and was still open!!!!
