If you are a foreigner traveling to Portugal, I would NOT recommend using this app. The support people did not want to deal with an English-speaking customer. The major issue we have with this company is that there is no in-person help after normal working hours. So, if you have any issues, as we did, you are out of luck. You can't wait for an email for the next day when you need to park right away. The parking lots were NOT staffed after hours, but only remotely. The remote staff (available via a speaker button at the parking facility) would not help at all. It would have been very eas
