The study guide has spelling errors frequently appear and some questions do not have the correct answer, which can be pretty detrimental for effective preparation for the actual test. The plus side of the app is that it does expose you to more questions/concepts than the ASTB Prep app alone, just do your due diligence and use other resources to cross check any answers that the test marks as incorrect.
