I have played this game for almost 2 years. Spend monthly money on the membership and have had absolutely nothing but fun with this game since the second I picked it up. I have ranked in the top three and several different of them event events and never had any issues until the past event. I spent over 10,000 crystals and I was in second place at the end. It even popped up and told me, however I never received any of my rewards.
