起点读书的活动有问题，我被骗了，充值没有得到相应的点卷，客服也不退费，无法解决，很不满意

I am vip of this app I am now unsubscribing I have a 14 min video that I am stuck for a week just because I their function is very unstable and I can only use 3 min per day and then stuck and exceed limit. I cannot believe I need 1 week to finish one video this is crazy. Switching over to another app soon.

I downloaded this app to shop for hamster items at Niteangel 艾特, and they missed 2 items in the package I waited one month to get, they should be extra careful for international shipments. It causes a lot of trouble and I don’t know when I will get the replacements also I have to pay shipping even if they say they were going to absorb the shipping there are still international card fees and other costs also caused so much trouble. They needed to check inventory and stuff before they determined if they will give me replacements. I was kind of upset, I won’t lie for a 2 dollar CAD item. Don’t sh
