They just stealing my money every month, support team always send you to another support contact, they will never really help you. If you want to cancel your subscription- YOU CANT, BECAUSE THERE NO ANY SUBSCRIPTION. I never have those problem like I have with Microsoft, this is so unfair. I don’t even use Microsoft.
