As always, the app of “world’s best airline” disappoints. Clunky not intuitive at all and after booking and paying for an upgrade I get a message saying there was a problem. The money got taken into qatar airways so I thought ok like last time my upgrade will be booked though. Called to check and no, no upgrade wait a few days for a refund! A few days to get money to me that the app took in seconds…. Issue one. Next issue I can see the price going up and as usual qatar airways as a company and the employees will not care.
