I accidentally sent money to the wrong number and contacted Sendwave right away to cancel the transfer. Instead of helping me resolve the issue quickly, they told me that because the transaction was marked as “delivered,” there was nothing they could do. What’s worse, their support explained that if the wrong recipient has already retrieved the money, I will simply lose it. In other words, Sendwave takes no responsibility and leaves the customer completely unprotected, even in cases of genuine mistakes reported immediately. This is extremely unfair and shows a serious lack of accountability.
