These exercises work great for me
Rather than a super workout once a week this is more geared towards (almost) every day exercise. Great for beginners: with just 5 minutes and a floor mat I am building muscles. Once you have mastered this level there are two levels of demanding workouts that can be combined either way. I even lost a pound of weight that I would have rather kept.
