Not the most user-friendly but once you do figure it out it works very well. I am protected. It’s nice that I can check it anytime day or night or be alerted if I choose. If something or someone is on the premises. I can immediately go look at my cameras and I can have a nice chat, which I know would definitely surprise some people. Just because of where they might be having a little chat it would be a normal place one might think say like the front door though of course the front and side doors have that option. All the campers have that option and I contact anybody no matter where they are
