The app has good functionality and friendly user interface but the daily communication errors making it impossible to access anything have become unbearable. Several times a week it will refuse to load, showing me a different error each time, until I’m forced to delete the app, log back in and connect to my Nintendo account all over again. It’s the only thing that works. I used to use this app several times a day because surprise trade is really fun but, because of these infuriating issues, will open it maybe once every other day usually to be met with more loading issues.
