Dipdent

A car rental site off airport was assigned . Route .. Told it would require a shuttle however the mobility personnel had no idea where the shuttle would be nor the requirement to take a train . The car rental service took no care and sent a shuttle which my handicapped husband could not board so another shuttle had to be sent . No explanation of how the car worked . When asked if the shuttle would take us to the terminal because of my husbands mobility needs, they said no.
