Dezumondo

The maps page of a hotel is broken. All the pin icons are screwed up so I can’t see where the hotel is on the map or points of interest. The icon doesn’t display properly and there is no way of addressing this with Agoda customer service chatbot. Otherwise, the Agoda app and VIP perks are excellent.

I deleted and reinstalled LINE to fix a notification issue, and now I can’t get back into my account. Since I no longer have access to my old phone number, the app won’t let me log in. Even though I still have access to the email registered to my LINE account, there’s no email verification option and the app no longer supports email/password login on iPhone. This makes recovery impossible for legitimate users. Please add email verification or another backup method so people don’t lose their accounts permanently.
