Bought the Nanit as I thought it was supposed to be the best baby monitor. After paying the insane price for the monitor itself, I learn that I now have to pay an insane recurring subscription fee to get any kind of features beyond the most basic things you’d expect in a baby monitor. I need to buy specific Nanit sheets to track growth, specific Nanit swaddles, chest wraps, etc. etc. Not a fan of this greedy company that takes advantage of new parents. Not to mention - the product and app are not great at all. Wasted my money here. Lesson learned.
