Worst experience ever! Do not trust this platform. We booked an apartment near Paris that looked amazing in the photos, but what we got was a nightmare. We were supposed to check in at 4 PM today, and since 4:30 PM we’ve been trying to get help from Airbnb – it’s now 10 PM and no one has provided any real support. The apartment is absolutely disgusting – nothing like the photos. The bed sheets were supposed to be clean and white, but we received dirty brown ones.
