I haven’t received my USDC funds even if it’s already confirmed on the blockchain. Their technical team is useless. They cannot even offer any compensation for the lost funds when it’s clearly their fault. They lack on accurate notices and reminders. Their ticket support staffs takes too long to respond, and their messages are all the same. Seems like the customer support is all bots. 👎👎👎👎 Save your funds and money, DON’T USE THIS APP.
