I’ve purchased over 40 items on this app. And it’s a big hit or miss. There are some great products but also some big fails. The customer service is non existent. So when it’s good, it’s good and when it’s bad it’s reallly bad. What I mean is if you get an item you’re happy with it makes you excited to buy more and you feel safe to do so. But when you get an item that has any issue at all they usually deny fixing the issue and keep your money. Customer service always sides with the seller!! They don’t care about you I promise you it’s happened to me about 5 times. And I’m pretty reasonable I o
