I was such a fan of this printer I bought this for my mom for Christmas. When I recently started using it again to make collages for my new journal it crashes every time. It has become so frustrating- I have tried removing the app and restarting everything but nothing is resolving the issue. Seeing the latest reviews of the product, I know I’m not the only one. What gives Canon?
