I love this app. It has been one of the most helpful tools for keeping my day organized and keeping me on track when my mind would otherwise drift, especially on my phone where there are so many distractions. One of the most useful features for me is the live countdown timer at the top of the iPhone screen. Having that timer constantly visible is honestly one of the biggest reasons the app helps me stay focused and follow through on what I planned for the day.
