I have been insured with Cigna for many years now. I find the app very useful. I review processed claims all the time. I keep track of my current deductible and out of pocket. I find network providers and when I’m out of town traveling finding an in-network clinic or hospital is key. If I have questions about anything related to Cigna, I can call customer service or use the chat feature in the app.
