I have spent hours (many) trying to resolve a problem the Bot told me it could not do. The Bot deferred passing me on to a human even after recommending it so I never got through the to resolve my issue. The Bot wasted my time by repeatedly asking for my email address and ref numbers. The company is run by the Bot. I can’t find a phone number or an email address or any other means of communication. God help us if this is the future.
