Whilst the app has many good functions more are starting to fail when using an iOS device. After a recent app update pano,triptych and diptych photos will no longer upload to the frame and ambient photo scheduling no longer works. Support for the app is insulting. After giving a detailed description of the faults including reference to the device being iOS the response was a request to take a video of the fault on your galaxy phone! Previous contact with level 2 support for the product indicated that iOS devices were not really considered worthy of support and to get a galaxy phone. Samsung

Purchased on it's amazing looks but functionality is clunky and unintuitive. It has to be used frequently to remember where all the sub menus are stored on different keys. The watch app is not useable even on an ultra as the time is shown in the top right corner which pushes the rest of the calculator downwards so most of the lower keys are not usable and are truncated. It has got a reasonable widget to cover times when an at hand calculator on ipad is useful but the slightest pressure on any key makes it go to a full screen app negating the function of the widget. You are paying a lot for
