I waited for my food for 45’ in the lobby of the hotel at the door. The food was never delivered. The driver said he had called me which was a total lie. They kept the food and the money. The Customer Service guy kept on reading his standard written responses saying he was sorry but that’s all. Deliveroo??? Never again.
