The app refuses to open even most basic current account and it refuses to provide any reasons. The agent in the web chat also refused to provide any reasons just saying they are not obliged to and it’s bank’s know how and intellectual property. LOL I have never had any debts, any proceedings of any kind, nothing. This is the first such refusal from any company, and I can’t even find out why.
