I love this app for both buyers/sellers and those who are preparing to purchase in the future. It gives so many different scenarios in terms of loans and money down/fees to give you an idea of what to expect or if you’re simply wanting to see different options for purchasing. For sellers, it’s great at calculating fees and giving an estimation of what to expect come closing day. This is also so great for agents who have buyers shopping and curious as to how much they can afford. This is a great app!
