I’ve paid for pizza that didn’t delivered. Waited for hours when the delivery time just got longer and longer. Later when I asked for the money back they say “I doesn’t meet the criteria for a refund” What criteria?? Paying for food that doesn’t brought to me isn’t criteria enough???
