I’ve been a NY TIMES subscriber for almost two decades and I love the newspaper. My problem here is with the app, that sometimes looks like it was made to make things harder to find. The newspaper sections, for example, are just shown if you tap the “search” bottom and I think we can agree that this doesn’t make any sense. The search itself does not always find what you are looking for and the app doesn’t have almost any option of customisation. They should let you at least customise the main page by allowing you to choose your favourite sections or something. You kinda of feel that the Times
