The app is facing so many glitches and its so annoying with their new policies, i can no longer change my destination mid trip, i cant ask the driver to go through the route I want and not the stupid google maps route which usually is the busiest route and doesn’t take into account the closed routes. Trips don’t end directly once I leave the car even tho the captain ended it in-front of me. Ive been using Careem for my daily work travel but now I’m looking for new apps that I can use, every trip ever since the merger has been hell. No idea why it even happened nor a justification for your loya
