Nothing against the App itself except that T&Cs are being hidden upon booking and the company would later take advantage. I paid a full 600euros car rental fee in advance only to be declined the car at the counter and booking.com refusing any type of refund for a service that was never provided. Customer care useless, not able to recognize their wrongdoing. I used to enjoy booking.com but seems like their car rental arm is in the client scamming business. Very shameful and disappointing.
