I recently purchased the 5$ pack for 15 minutes of call time and when I bought it I was given my minutes or any call of any sort I’m trying to get a refund it just didn’t give me the minutes I’ve made sure of everything I checked the account and it did have 5 less dollars and the statement that said I spent 5 dollars so where are my minutes I never received
