I recently renewed the KidloLand membership for my daughter because we were very pleased with the learning app. However, after renewing, I realized that I was sold a different and lower version of KidloLand. It does not include the same apps or features we previously had. There was a renewal special offered, but it was not explained that this was a different type of KidloLand membership. I also cannot find a customer service phone number to call and explain the situation. I would appreciate your help in reviewing this issue and either restoring the original version or providing a solution. T
