I'm ready to call it quits because it costs too much money. They make it impossible to win without items and while I get their a business, I have bills to pay. I'll take screenshots, send them in and they always have some lame excuse why a level doesn't work. For example, you use Bombs which you opted to buy and use. It's like you're penalized by using them because if you succeed too fast, the items which should appear, don't until you run out of move ]S and have to extend the session for 9 diamonds..which cost you money. Hands down my favorite game. However, 2 months ago I was on level 3,789 and has won millions of coins. Then something happened and I had to contact the developer which I never heard back from, had to start from level one and still there are ZERO updates, can't get new skins, buy anything, period. Why not sell it already? Clearly it's not a priority to even answer your customers (I paid for no Ads,) and a,low people to experience the game in its entirety. So, 2 stars because ZERO customer service, ZERO updates and playing for 4 years and losing everything ticks me off!
