I’ve used the app for a couple of years now & I can say they make it so easy to buy & hold .. I Love it!! The cards are great & are my every day use cards .. The only con about this app is in app chat support ! They can never fix your problems & take forever to get back to you .. They constantly tell you to repeat your problem to them & even after doing so they still can’t fix anything .. Customer service has never helped and that’s honestly the only thing I can complain about .. Seems like you’re talking to bots and not actual humans .. The app is easy to maneuver just know you’ll have to do
