Horrible Experience
I just subscribed to Kiplinger Personal Finance through Kiplinger’s website. I saw that they had an app and downloaded that. Every time I’ve tried to login it says I do not have a subscription. However, I am able to login onto the Kiplinger website. After trying for 2 1/2 days I finally got frustrated and called a customer service number I found within the app. I was told I would not be able to read any issues on the app until April!! So I’ve paid the money, and per Kiplinger’s own advice, downloaded the app for a “better experience.” And I’m now being told I will be unable to use that “better
