Very poorly designed app with horrible navigation. Web site is even worse. Very v e r y s l o w to reload / refresh. Plus OTPs and every step for no reason. Cannot copy paste PNR from email to the webpage or app. Very un intuitive Ux. After adding flight , does not show any flights under my trips or dashboard . Does not inspire confidence : please get it redesigned preferably from some competent IT company. Also, reading the comments and the star ratings : noticed that even when some users have clearly given horrible comments , it still shows 5* for the same user / comments. Looks l
