While at the Pittsburgh airport waiting to board a rude stewardess came up to me and said my bag was too big..she said it loudly in front of a bunch of people to make herself feel important on her little power trip. We measured my bag and it was one inch too high. You folks place the luggage straight up while all other airlines place it sideways which is something you folks should consider doing.
