It’s the little things that your normally are on point with. Let me explain something about Skip. When you ask me, do you want to skip the intro and I say yes, I expect Apple to take me to the start of the show. Not to 5 seconds prior to the end where the intro is normally loudest. Instead of making sure each episode skips to the right moment, it appears to be on a timer. Can you not hire someone that does nothing but adjust that?
