One of the things I love and should be immediately recognized is the simplicity of the user interface or UI. Everything is pretty straight forward. What you see is what you get. One of the cons, and something rather significant in my opinion, is their follow-ups with customer service or support. It’s a struggle to get any assistance when issues come up with the mobile app. Other than that overall it’s a positive experience.
