Received a credit for a purchase referral. Went to use the credit on the app about two weeks before it expired and the credit didn’t show up as a payment option. I called Tesla customer service and was promised a call back didn’t receive one. Called customer service again. Again was promised a call back didn’t receive one. Then the day the credit was expiring called customer service a third time.
