We tried this app a year ago for a handful of Cyberpower UPS’s and found that even though it was clunky, it was a easy option for basic monitoring of devices where we couldn’t install a PowerPanel Business Server, like remote sites with only a few units. We purchased the N50 license for features. Fast forward one year, and the price increased 800% with no update to features, no emails of price increases, etc. We contacted support and were told we received a promotional rate…which was still A LOT for the basic features of this app. Nowhere was that stated (I saved our receipt). We cannot renew
