If you can’t measure it, you can’t manage it. This app helps measure the science of sleep. I can see the effects of diet, fasting, exercise, sleeping with or without harmonic sounds, and the like. The things my parents always told me are true!! Go to bed early, don’t eat in bed (or several hours before going to bed), drink more water, and I’ve learned other things they didn’t know, like the positive effects of taking magnesium and cod liver oil supplements before bedtime - I could measure the trends on deep sleep and readiness scores over time with and without the supplements and, while not a
