The company has become very irresponsible with the hiring process. Many inadequate and poorly trained drivers are being hired and not held accountable for any misbehavior they show costumers. This app was made for providing safe transportation but now their own employees and drivers are the ones causing the most discomfort and harassment. Specially their Iraq branch, they would just hire any driver nowadays even the rude ones who call their customers names for merely asking them to follow the right routes. Major downgrade!
